💗 Lasting Looks Lounge Return & Exchange Policy
At Lasting Looks Lounge, I want you to love your products, and I'm happy to help facilitate returns or exchanges when eligible. My goal is for you to love your products! If you're unsure which shade or product is right for you, please reach out before purchasing. I'm happy to provide recommendations to help you choose products you'll love.
Products Purchased Through My SeneGence Website
Products ordered directly through my SeneGence website may be eligible for return or exchange within 90 days of purchase according to SeneGence's return policy. Customers may be required to return the unused portion of the product.
Products Purchased Directly From My On-Hand Inventory
Products purchased directly from my personal inventory are eligible for return or exchange within 45 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- At least 50% of the product must remain.
- The original product must be returned.
- Customers are responsible for returning the product to me or covering any shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Allergic Reactions or Defective Products
If you experience an adverse reaction or receive a defective product, please contact me within 7 days. Photos and additional information may be requested to process the return or replacement.
Exchanges
Opened products may be exchanged one time for a product of equal value if the original product is returned within the applicable return window.
